Swinton Insurance Group

We supplied a Business/Systems Analyst (BA) to Swinton Insurance Group to help produce a new document production system for centralising the production of letters and customer documents.  This included a customer portal website for storing and viewing electronic (pdf) documents. Also, new back office support systems for maintaining customer accounts and electronic document store and for monitoring system throughput an any errors generated. The system supports a nationwide network of sales offices and call centres plus multiple policy sale websites.  The central print solution is provided by batching PostScript files for supply to a single, 3rd party printing company.

Following succesfull implenetation of the initial solution our BA Consultant remained on-site to assist with live support and for enhancements / expansion of the print solution for addional Swinton products and transaction type.
