We supplied a Systema Analysis to the DWP’s Information Technology Services Agency (ITSA) -who were subsequently outsoureced to EDS.

Responsible for systems analysis and design for enhancements & new requirements to the Jobseeker’s Allowance payment system running on an ICL mainframe.

Tasks performed include:

  • External Design (function descriptions, dialogue designs)
  • Technical Design (data definitions, program specifications, structure charts)
  • Writing and execution of test scripts.
  • Fault diagnosis and resolution, during system testing and post implementation support.
